In The Leaders Circle, we continuously refine the modules, approach, delivery of our training to meet your personalised needs. 1. Clear planning prior to the training :

• understanding the profile of the leaders and team members.

• evaluating the key needs of the business - performance - learning - learner .

• identifying the different learning styles (Visual, Tactical, Auditory and Kinesthetic) of the leaders and team members.

2. Creating a systematic learning process that would shift the Attitude, Knowledge and Skills of the leaders and team members.

3. Adapting when needed in a session to achieve the highest impact.

4. Relating new facts or ideas to already known information for ease of retention by leaders and team members.

5. Conducting sessions that are interactive and experiential (70%) with a maximum of 15 participants.
