My very 1st Trainer Bootcamp in Malaysia !

After being away from Malaysia for 20 years, when I moved back in mid January, I had a clear plan. It was to prioritise listening, learning and applying where appropriate insights from specialists or experienced trainers - speakers - consultants - training providers.

I feel grateful and lucky that I was able to do just that at an intensive level for 1.5 days at the inaugural Malaysian Association of Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC) Bootcamp.

I listened to 7 amazing humans who openly shared their experience - expertise and most importantly how to apply and take action in 6 key areas.

A massive thank you to Khairul Mazlan , Jaya Perumal , Koo Lily , "PM Success Coach" Nehru Nagappan (Fellow MIM, PMP) , Siva Seenivasan - Fellow CMI , Bavani Periasamy and Jaklin Juanis.

I learnt the do’s and don’t in Malaysia as a trainer.

I also gained a community of trainers from different niches who are warm - welcoming.

May we all continue to support each other, expand the trainer community and uplift the standard of training in Malaysia.

Together with our different strengths, industries and niche, we can make it happen. Let’s do this !
